Everyone was so friendly, they explained every piece so thoroughly: about all the car features and test driving, the application process and add on warranty packages, the finance paperwork, etc. We were in and out in way less time than I ever could have anticipated, they had all of the documents ready for us! This is my 2nd Outback (first was a new 2013 Outback) from Grand Subaru. And I ALWAYS use their service department because it is so good. Anthony LaPorta was my salesman this time, and he could not have from Grand Subaru. And I ALWAYS use their service department because it is so good.
