Zero stars for customer service. I bought a new car battery from Webb Chevy June 30 2023. I paid $446.10 parts, labor, and tax (battery was $341.19). Tried to start my car yesterday I bought a new car battery from Webb Chevy June 30 2023. I paid $446.10 parts, labor, and tax (battery was $341.19). Tried to start my car yesterday and nothing. No clicking, no lights, no nothing. Tried to jump it, nothing. Pulled the battery and brought it to Webb Chevy to test. They tested it and confirmed its dead. Since its been less than a year and still under warranty, I can get a new one for free BUT I have to pick up the dead battery, put it back into my car, and bring the car back to Webb Chevy so they can test it and tell me its dead and give me a new battery PLUS charge me labor to install. The obvious question is how do you drive a car with a dead battery. You don't. So that means I have to pay to have it towed. This all makes zero sense to me. What a total ripoff. Never will I do business with Webb Chevy again. More

While I had a positive initial experience at Webb Chevy Plainfield, I grew slightly dissatisfied with my service later on. After buying my car, the “detail” that it was supposed to receive was rushed and not well-done. I ended up needing to clean the entire interior of the car myself as there was still dirt, dust, & dog hair left over. I also feel as though there was not complete transparency in terms of what work had been done to the car beforehand, for example, the fact that the transmission had some work done that resulted in some leakage that had not been cleaned up. If this had been properly cleaned up, another mechanic would not have recommended that this needed further service. I was also given a key that didn’t work and a front license plate that needed to be nailed in later on. Furthermore, when I came in to officially purchase the car after obtaining a cashiers check, there was no one ready to meet with me for my appointment- although the person meeting with me, and time of appointment, had been established the night before. However, some positive aspects of my experience were that both Kevin and Vincent were extremely courteous and willing to go above and beyond to get me a great rate on my car. I was also very grateful that Vincent worked in getting me an affordable monthly car payment within my range. Best part of the experience was Sergio- he’s great!!!! More

Webb Chevy is a pretty good dealership. They do what it takes to make sure their customers are satisfied For the most part however just like other dealerships they cut corners for profit. I They do what it takes to make sure their customers are satisfied For the most part however just like other dealerships they cut corners for profit. I bought a Camaro from there and they only change the two front tires instead of all of them when the rear ones needed to be changed as well as the front. Now I have to pay out-of-pocket to get the two tires replaced when they should’ve just done the right thing in the first place More
