She wasn't aggressive at all compared to other sales reps bombarding us She was patient and super helpful with all the vehicles we were checking out. She wasn't aggressive at all compared to other sales reps bombarding us from previous experiences. She was extremely thorough when listening to our needs and wants and delivered. I came in to get an idea of what I wanted to purchase after scoping online for numbers I wanted. She understood the assignment and locked in my best rates for my purchase then and my trade in. Couldn't help but close that deal on that spot. It was a refreshing experience how fast we were able to finish the sale! I've had other dealers keep me there for hours and I was ready to camp out but whew! They stepping it up. Recommend her service 100% for sure. The sales and finance managers were awesome as well. More

I was really disappointed! Be careful when they offer you the extended warranty! He cheated me into it with lies! DJ failed to tell me that i would be paying $3000 for it! I went back the next day to see if they can remove it and they said yes but my payment would be the same because they had submitted the paperwork already. So I would of got a lower monthly payment if he would of told me i got a lower interest rate instead of saying i would only be paying $11 a month for the extended warranty. ALL LIES!!!! STAY AWAY!! More
