She will take care of you, unfortunately though she has no control over markups. She did her best to help me. If I could give it, one star I would. I was extremely impressed when I came to this dealership to purchase my Odyssey many months ago. I enjoyed it so much that I reached out to purchase a 2023 Honda CRV hybrid. I was shocked to find out they had a $ 20,000 markup. I advised my salesperson who asked the manager if he would come down and he said no due to the market right now. Needless to say, I did not purchase the CRV. I went to a luxury brand and got a different hybrid cheaper out the door for a beautiful quiet fully appointed sedan. If I had chosen I could have gotten a luxury SUV cheaper out the door as well. Do your research there are other dealerships that won't mark up their cars, even Honda dealerships. This dealership has cost Honda two lifetime customers so we will not be purchasing future cars here or from Honda. Very disappointing :(. We choose not to be taken advantage of. The manager refused to budge at all on price and would not drop the 20K markup even a little. #Greedy More

I came to finance a car but I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to leave with a car as I didn’t have any credit but to my surprise I was able to. One of the Honda members name Cynthia was very helpful a to be able to leave with a car as I didn’t have any credit but to my surprise I was able to.
