Unflinchingly, the worst customer service ever! While both Claudia and Josh were pleasant enough ... The finance guy purposely left the APR off the purchase order needed by my credit union. I started by contacting them by email and took care of everything via email and over the phone. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and professional. There was no pressure or pushiness. Once we hammered out the deal, I went in and signed papers and drove away with my shiny new/used Honda CRV. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. If I ever have a need for another car, I will certainly go back to DCH Honda of Oxnard. I got a great deal and I am a happy camper!! More
