I purchased a Grand Wagoneer Series II from them in November of '22. Within 2 weeks, our "Wagoneer Representative" would no longer answer our phone calls. I've had to take the vehicle in for repairs 13 November of '22. Within 2 weeks, our "Wagoneer Representative" would no longer answer our phone calls. I've had to take the vehicle in for repairs 13 times so far, and after balancing and rotating my tires 5 separate times because they keep going out of balance, they told me I need 4 new ones. So they replaced all 4 tires, and within two weeks the front ones need to be replaced again. They're now refusing to honor the service contract that I purchased with them, and are telling me to hire an attorney. Absolutely worst service I've ever experienced from a business. A downright scam. More

Paying almost 100 for oil change and I just realized the service adviser and tech. Used the wrong oil for my hemi challenger. Why in the world use blend oil instead of full synthetic? My car buying experience actually started with Curtis in the service department. I’ve been working with him on an older dodge Ram for almost 7 years. A few months ago I asked him for a recommendation for a the service department. I’ve been working with him on an older dodge Ram for almost 7 years. A few months ago I asked him for a recommendation for a no nonsense sales person that wouldn’t give me the runaround. He recommended Surya and I happened to text him last week while the Ram was in the shop. I already knew which vehicle I wanted and did the credit app in advance of arriving in order to confirm that I was approved for financing. I went to pick up a car later in the day and was literally in and out in a matter of 15 minutes. Fast forward three days and Steve, one of the managers reached out to see how I liked the car. I expressed my regret over not getting the V8 Charger and much to my surprise, he said to bring the car back and we’d swap it out. Surya had all of the paperwork ready and I was in/out in 15 minutes. Best car purchase experience ever! More

My service representative with professional courteous and very knowledgeable. He works with my extended warranty company to get as many things covered by them as possible and kept me informed of the process very knowledgeable. Victor was very helpful and courteous. He made me aware of a special offer on tires and saved me money, which I greatly appreciated!
