I ordered my 2021 TRD Pro 4Runner in Lunar Rock a little over 3 months ago. The TOC team helped me with everything from ordering, customizing, and answering all of my questions throughout the process. They kept me informed on the status of my car, were able to get the car 2 months earlier than originally scheduled and sent me pictures when the car arrived at the dealership while it was still on the truck. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and their professionalism. If you’re in the market for a new car, give TOC a try. You will not be disappointed! More

I was looking for a new Tacoma, and worked with Louis Alvarado and Joey Abdullah. Louis was really down to Earth and there was no pressure at all. He showed me what I wanted to see and actually sold me on a different truck that I am extremely glad I got. Joey was the same; down to Earth with zero pressure tactics. They both worked to get me what I feel was a fair price. Crystal Thompson made the finance part easy and, again, no pressure whatsoever. The three of them made this one of the most comfortable auto buying experiences I’ve ever been through. I highly recommend the team at Toyota of Cleveland, and I would definitely buy from them again.
