Customer Service Arrived at 7:15 am for a 7:30 appointment. Several cars were ahead of me and after few mins many more behind me. They were to open at 730 however they Arrived at 7:15 am for a 7:30 appointment. Several cars were ahead of me and after few mins many more behind me. They were to open at 730 however they open at 735 am. They tell us to wait by our cars. Later I am told move my car forward. After that some other guy told us to go inside. By this time is already 7:50 am. Once inside theree is no order. People that were at the end of the line were being service already. After waiting 45 mins decided to go. This is the second time this same issue happens More

Horrible customer service I took my car in for service yesterday at around 8:15am, I had made an early appointment in order to be done early, Corey Guy was my service advisor. I took my car in for service yesterday at around 8:15am, I had made an early appointment in order to be done early, Corey Guy was my service advisor. I was told it would take between 1.5 to 2 hours to service the car, so I told him that I would then walk across the street to have my nails done. I came back two and a half hours later to find out the car had not even been looked at because I was not waiting in the waiting room. I spoke to the manager, Cory Wells who appeared to be bothered by my complaint, and who didn't even offered an explanation nor apology. Needless to say I took my car out without been repaired. I later received a call making me an offer to upgrade my car. I would never set foot in another Rick Case dealership and I much rather travel to get the proper customer service from another service center. I am giving it one star because it doesn't let me post without it. My rating is less than that. More
