I was very satisfied with Donald service, he did everything in his power to help me get the deal that I wanted he went beyond. It was not cool that the offers advertised by Hyundai all over the webs everything in his power to help me get the deal that I wanted he went beyond. I was also very satisfied with Victor Pizarro he was great and did everything in his power to give me the final deal. They are wonderful Human beings. Hopefully next time I can get a better deal. If you decide to purchase a Hyundai, you must call Donald Belazaire. After I had a bad experience at a competing dealership, I did my research and all signals pointed to Rick Case. I then looked up the top salespeople at Rick case and Donald’s name kept popping up. I decided to call him and it was the best decision I made. The day before I met Donald, we spoke and texted back and forth about the car I wanted and he made sure that even if he was busy, he reached to make sure my questions were answered. He even got back to me at 10pm. He never stops! I met with Donald the following day and he was ready for us, he showed us the inventory and when we couldn’t find the car I wanted, he spoke to his manager to find the car. They were able to find the car in fort Myers and had it shipped the next day. After going back and forth with the manager on price, we made the deal and I was promised the car the next day. Donald kept me informed as to the status of the vehicle and the next day, he greeted us with a brand new, perfectly detailed 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe. He showed us the car, linked the blue link system and insurance...and we were off! Thank you Donald and everyone at Rick case More
