I'm a long-standing customer! I have been leasing Lexus vehicles since the early 2000s and continue to receive outstanding customer service from Metro Lexus. May 2020 was no except I have been leasing Lexus vehicles since the early 2000s and continue to receive outstanding customer service from Metro Lexus. May 2020 was no exception. This is the second vehicle I leased where Kevin McGuire was the salesperson (2017 and 2020). Kevin demonstrated phenomenal customer care and exceptional status follow-up throughout the sales process. I did not think anyone could exceed the former experiences I had with Metro Lexus; but I was wrong, Kevin and his colleagues work seamlessly to make even May a May "to remember!" First new vehicle purchase in 40 years Normally I like to purchase different make vehicles every 3-4 years after the dealers receive them off lease. I did this 8 years ago with the purchase of a two year old Lexus ES-350. I liked this vehicle so much I purchased another one 3 1/2 years ago and finally decided to purchase one new. Without the help of David Shahrokh I probably would have opted to put the required maintenance in the Lexus vehicle I ultimately traded in. After being unable to find what I wanted for the price point I was at Dave went the extra mile to find me the right ES 350 that met my needs. He did this by closely listening to what my requirements were and finding the right match for me. He was also able to show me all of the new features in the 2019 vehicles and how they worked which made the difference between buying new versus preowned this time. David did a very professional job and I enjoyed working with him and the whole team at Metro who have had my business now since 2011. The vehicles, the service department and all the people you interact with at Metro add value to the purchase. David is very high on my list of doing that with my new purchase. More

I traded in a 2017 RX 350 and the entire experience was easy as he and Mike Gleydura, sales manager needed to trade with a dealership in Toledo to get the color combination that I wanted. If you are in the market for a Lexus then I highly recommend this dealership as they always make the new car buying experience extremely painless. Rob Sprosty does an excellent job handling the new buyihg experience and the management and Denae in the finance department go above and beyond to make you realize that it is a car buying experience that is above and beyond what you have experienced in the past. After you take ownership of the vehicle you will again be impressed with the service department. Metro Lexus has the best service department in northern Ohio.
