I really like my dealership, the waiting room is clean with friendly people that work there. However, I had to get my final oil consumption test done. They said that the problem was fixed and I didn't nee with friendly people that work there. However, I had to get my final oil consumption test done. They said that the problem was fixed and I didn't need a new engine. Thank goodness I purchased extended warranty because, I know there will be problems later on with this car. ( 2015 Sonata Hyundai Sport). More

I just had the most memorable, meaning AWFUL, service experience. I got to the dealership at 7:30 AM to have my window fixed under warranty. This should have been a 90 minute in & out sort of thing. B experience. I got to the dealership at 7:30 AM to have my window fixed under warranty. This should have been a 90 minute in & out sort of thing. But a common faulty part, a window regulator, was not in stock. The service rep (Ernest Bynes) didn't tell me this until I was already sitting there waiting for 2 hours. Then after waiting another hour I asked about my car. He disappears for 20 minutes then says "oh, there was some mix up with the part order. All taken care of. Your car will be done in 30 minutes.". I was furious. I spoke to the service manager (Colin Lord) who simple told me what I know: they screwed up. I was very happy to leave the place at noon, some FOUR AND A HALF HOURS after arriving. When it comes time for my next car purchase I won't be looking at Rick Case Hyundai. Neither should you. Oh, and get this. They have a sign there that says: "Treating Every Customer As We Would Our Best Friend" Well obviously these guys have no friends. More
