Worse experience ever. No shuttle available and I requested one when I booked. Then my wait time was over 4 hrs and my appointment was at 11:30. They need to get their act together when it comes to maintenance. You can't get anyone when you call and they continually mis-diagnose issues or don't diagnose at all it seems and you keep having to go maintenance. You can't get anyone when you call and they continually mis-diagnose issues or don't diagnose at all it seems and you keep having to go back for the same issue. Service used to be good but maybe as you go in more often and they have to charge it to the extended warranty, they get more reluctant to offer good service. Who knows. One star. More
