First time Camry owner I decided to look for the 3rd brand new car I'd have in my lifetime (previous 2 were Kia's). I felt that I would go with either a Toyota Camry (other I decided to look for the 3rd brand new car I'd have in my lifetime (previous 2 were Kia's). I felt that I would go with either a Toyota Camry (other family members have them) or Chevy Mailbu (found it interesting that both Chevy and Toyota Andrew Dealerships were side by side here). After talking with multiple car people, they said flat out both are good cars, but the Camry is going to last the longest without having to replace parts if you keep up with regular maintenance. From there, I set out on what I was looking for and had it very narrowed down. Previously, I had stopped at a few other dealerships and one that I stopped at didn't even have anyone outside to greet me or assist me. Andrew Toyota on the other hand, shortly after I got out of my car I was greeted by someone and guided to Tom (I had an appointment after going through online contacts from TrueCar). Andrew Toyota is one of the 3 results I got. Prior to that, my brother swore up and down by this dealership that this is one place that doesn't push you to get something you don't feel you need and actually cares about you as a customer. From the experience I had on Thursday, July 26th, I'd say I'd have to agree 100%. During the entire process I didn't feel pressured at all. After Tom came back to me with what they could do for payments, I felt like I was going to leave without a new vehicle (but wouldn't have held it against the dealership, as I would have just needed to save up some more money). Tom did everything he could to make sure to see I could get within the payment range that I was looking to spend. I was beyond pleased when he came back with an amount that was what I felt I could afford. I would definitely recommend Tom or anyone else at Andrew Toyota to anyone I come across that is looking for a new or used Toyota. More

The entire Andrew sales team incl I have been buying and leasing vehicles from Andrew Toyota for over 30 years. Every experience has been tremendous. The entire Andrew sales team including Jimmy, Olivia, Jarod, Christian and everyone in the service department has consistently exceeded my expectations. I wouldn't think about buying or leasing a care anywhere else. More

pleasantly surprised My last car lasted 17 years. At the time I bought the car new from a Milwaukee area dealer. I told the sales manager " I was not sold a car, I was s My last car lasted 17 years. At the time I bought the car new from a Milwaukee area dealer. I told the sales manager " I was not sold a car, I was sold a dealership." Ninety percent of maintenance was done at that dealership. They let me down near the end though. They misdiagnosed a major repair then they failed to notice a critically needed repair ( a severely rusted cradle engine support) that forced me to sell the car and buy another as soon as possible. I was in northern Wisconsin at the time. They lost out on the repair. If they had caught the repair I may have decided to buy another car from them. The best used car available was a 2016 Toyota Camry LE (a brand change for me). I returned to Milwaukee and when service was needed I simply looked online to see who were the available Toyota dealers. I knew nothing about Andrew Toyota except it was the most conveniently located. I came to the dealer with a critical attitude. Was this going to be a dealer that I could have long term relationship with? I was met by service advisor Cody Wagner. I explained that I was a first time customer. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was genuinely concerned that I get the best service for my vehicle now and for the future. He clarified some misinformation I had received from a dealer in northern Wisconsin. I did not come to get nitrogen for my tires but Andrew Toyota was offering a special I could not refuse. The waiting area was very pleasant. I left Andrew Toyota impressed. More
