Andrew Toyota ever again. When I take my car to any shop I expect a loaner vehicle. Luxury car dealers do it so does that mean I should go buy a Cadillac or Mercedes? I shouldn't have to get picked up by Enterprise car rental when the parking lot has hundreds of cars for sale. I think it's terrible to be forced to pay $200+ for a rental and then come back and pay for the service I received.
