The entire time spent at Parkside Kia was reasonable, not hours like the other place finally told us. Here was no pressure to purchase additional warranties or push us to get a new car. We were very pleased with the entire visit. We will purchase our next Kia with them. More

We have been searching for a vehicle for a little while now and had a trade in. I was amazingly surprised with the level of customer service everyone involved provided us with. The deal they gave us absolutely exceeded our expectations. They worked with us and most definitely earned our business and I would HIGHLY recommend Parkside Kia to everyone! We went to 3 other dealerships in the Knoxville area (one was Rusty Wallace Kia, and they did not really want to work with us at all to make a deal) None of them even came close to the deal and quality of service the team at Parkside Kia gave us. I could go on and on about the purchase of our new 2022 Kia Sorento. But hands down the best deal and experience I have ever had buying a vehicle.
