The dealership was located within 15 minutes of McGhee airport and they even picked me up so I didn't have to pay for an Uber or Lyft. The paperwork signing and transaction went stunningly smooth, and everyone I spoke to was very kind. If I ever find myself on the hunt for another rare Kia, I will definitely reach out to Parkside first, as it is on the top of my list of dealerships to work with.....and I work for a dealer myself, so that is saying something. This has been the worst shopping experience of mine and my wife’s life. Kelly promised us we were approved at a payment of $514 per month including the wrap. Raising the payment $100 more per month. Said the rate went up. This was after being told multiple times that we were already approved. More
