Danielle, in service, kept us informed when we had to leave the vehicle at the dealership for a couple of days before we brought it home because of a problem that we encountered before leaving the dealership. Ordered truck from factory with one agent but before truck build was started, my agent no longer worked there. Kinda fell through the cracks without any updates on truck until they finally assigned me truck build was started, my agent no longer worked there.
