Messed up back wiper shroud even fell off simplest of tasks. Sun roof shade was off track moron mechanic totally tore it apart and wanted 1500 to fix totally his mess up. I took it apart with utube video and put back on track.I would never send anyone there. Charged me 480. For oil change and to destroy my sunshade. They won't be a service center much longer....what a frustrating joke. I'll drive all the way to Puyallup for a GMC dealer. More

Chuck was great. He was kind, professional and patient. My problem is with the work done on the car. We had to come back three additional times for a total of four vi He was kind, professional and patient. My problem is with the work done on the car. We had to come back three additional times for a total of four visits to get the problem fixed. One of the times was 100% due to mechanic error and not tightening some thing. The other two times had to do with having to clean out carbon omissions, which should’ve been done while we were there, and the last time was due to an issue from our very first visit. I don’t trust the work they’ve done on my car now, and I’m nervous to get it back. I would never come back here, and I would never recommend this place to anybody. It has been a huge inconvenience to constantly take our car in for issues that should’ve been taken care of on day one. More
