Chuck was excellent from the second we walked into Palmen. I emailed ahead of time what my wife and I were shopping for and he had a vehicle pulled up to the door ready for us to look at when we arri Palmen. The entire staff there was professional and not just sitting around waiting for customers - atmosphere in the showroom was friendly and clean. Shopping for a vehicle is not one of my favorite past-times and in fact I usually dread it. But Chuck found us the perfect vehicle at the right price and my wife and I drove off happy. More

I contacted this dealership via the internet initially and they were Johnny on the spot with a response and even though I was 3 hours away they took me seriously and answered all my questions and even gav and they were Johnny on the spot with a response and even though I was 3 hours away they took me seriously and answered all my questions and even gave me an estimated trade in on my vehicle after pictures and discussion over the phone and email. I was never told anything that they did not follow up on or take care of. After purchasing the vehicle and taking it all the way back home, I found out that the horn does not work and they are working with me to get that fixed. Thanks Tonya and Chuck for renewing my confidence in "car lot" salesmanship! I definitely would do business with these guys again and again! Thanks for all you have done and are going to do! More

I just bought my 6th new mini van. I had my thought of how much out of pocket money plus trade in it would be. We started out very close and shortly agreed on my price. Chuck was helpful in describing the details of leasing a vehicle and the lease vs. buy decision. He also showed me all of the features of the new van I eventually leased. Never once did I feel pressured or treated badly. Palmen of Racine takes the time to find out what I wanted and found the best way for me to pay for it!
