Chuck was excellent from the second we walked into Palmen. I contacted this dealership via the internet initially and they were Johnny on the spot with a response and even though I was 3 hours away they took me seriously and answered all my questions and even gav and they were Johnny on the spot with a response and even though I was 3 hours away they took me seriously and answered all my questions and even gave me an estimated trade in on my vehicle after pictures and discussion over the phone and email. I was never told anything that they did not follow up on or take care of. After purchasing the vehicle and taking it all the way back home, I found out that the horn does not work and they are working with me to get that fixed. Thanks Tonya and Chuck for renewing my confidence in "car lot" salesmanship! I definitely would do business with these guys again and again! Thanks for all you have done and are going to do! More
