It seemed very unorganized while I was there. I waited for quite awhile before I was helped for a scheduled service appointment and then when I received a text that my vehicle was ready I again h I waited for quite awhile before I was helped for a scheduled service appointment and then when I received a text that my vehicle was ready I again had to wait forever to be helped only for the employee that helped me to have to hunt down my keys and receipt because the girl that helped me originally was nowhere to be found. My tires also had less air in them when I left than they did when I arrived. Once my 4 free services are up I will likely go elsewhere. More

I had my State inspection completed during a previous service and the dealership forgot or neglected to submit it to the state, so I couldn't register my vehicle. I had to take my car back in to the dea service and the dealership forgot or neglected to submit it to the state, so I couldn't register my vehicle. I had to take my car back in to the dealership to have the inspection repeated, which of course they did for free. I had an appointment and was expecting they would get my car in and out in a hurry, but it took 1 1/2 hours. That is 1 1/2 hours of my life that I will not get back because I had to go repeat something the dealership messed up on. Good customer service would've been saying 'hey, we messed up the first time and this person has an appointment, so let's get her in and out to show her it was an anomaly and we have great customer service'. Nope. I'm giving two stars because the woman who help me was very nice. But other than that, the whole thing makes me angry. It is exactly reasons like this that people hate having work done at dealerships. More

We brought our 2023 Jeep in for 2 recalls and issues with Radio rebooting. All issues were fixed.
