I am so impressed by the Hennessey Porsche North Atlanta experience from end-to-end. My initial interaction with my sales agent Fred Giles left a lasting impression on me and my family. The sales process itself was smooth and seemless and the business manager was efficient and accommodating and made the process effortless. Fred concluded the purchasing experience with a very patient and informative delivery session where he patiently walked me through all of the key features and functionality of the vehicle. Horrendous experience and constant run around for a simple warranty cancellation. I requested a cancellation of an extended warranty and followed all instructions provided. So far 3 weeks after the d simple warranty cancellation. I requested a cancellation of an extended warranty and followed all instructions provided. So far 3 weeks after the dealership got paid from the warranty company, they still have not refunded me, rather just responding with false promises ("we will expedite", "We will promptly process",) only to find out I have to wait another month to 6 weeks (9 weeks they expect me to wait after they got paid.) This is a terrible greedy dealership employed with trained blatant liars. More
