I had my 2011 Explorer serviced at Gosch Ford & my service was EXCELLENT! Chris Vecchi & Gary (the concierge driver) & Manager Rachel Long really took fantastic care of my vehicle (& me!), as usual. T service was EXCELLENT! Chris Vecchi & Gary (the concierge driver) & Manager Rachel Long really took fantastic care of my vehicle (& me!), as usual. The pick up/drop off feature made it so I could handle all the other life duties I had going on & my car was returned clean, and no longer squeaks, rattles or clunks! The communication was impeccable from Chris, Gary & Rachel. Chris especially took the time to explain another concern on my vehicle & I couldn’t have been happier that my technician found an issue responsible for this sound I’ve been unable to get properly diagnosed elsewhere. Thank you for properly explaining the issue I had and making the corrective actions. I was disappointed that my truck steering wheel was greasy and the truck was so filthy, windshield was awful. You should consider washing vehicles that get serviced, especially when they’re there for over a week. More
