Our Service Advisor Rob Gable and the crew he had work on my daughter's 2015 Equinox went above and beyond to take care of us. She had catastrophic issues with her vehicle and they made sure everything was my daughter's 2015 Equinox went above and beyond to take care of us. They guys that helped me out were amazing and very helpful. I was in line for a different car but had to change it up due to mechanical issues. Got to see a Rav 4 and it’s awesome. Long story short: my extended warranty was missed at initial checkout, and I almost lost thousands of dollars because of that little mistake. It was all sorted out, hallelujah, but not until after I had initial checkout, and I almost lost thousands of dollars because of that little mistake. It was all sorted out, hallelujah, but not until after I had brought my car to a new dealership in hopes to save my money. There were some awesome people at Toyota that helped fix this issue and get my car fixed (needed new transmission), but I had to take an entire day off of work to deal with this. I also never received an apology from the person who made the mistake, and they seemed unpleasant with me when I had to interact with them afterwards. To make matters (slightly) worse, my car needed to go back in because they hadn't completed the job correctly and my gearshift was off. I do appreciate the people at Toyota that worked hard to save my warranty and my money, but it was an extremely stressful time and I still lost a day's pay for missing work. More
