They guys that helped me out were amazing and very helpful. I was in line for a different car but had to change it up due to mechanical issues. Got to see a Rav 4 and it’s awesome. Long story short: my extended warranty was missed at initial checkout, and I almost lost thousands of dollars because of that little mistake. It was all sorted out, hallelujah, but not until after I had initial checkout, and I almost lost thousands of dollars because of that little mistake. It was all sorted out, hallelujah, but not until after I had brought my car to a new dealership in hopes to save my money. There were some awesome people at Toyota that helped fix this issue and get my car fixed (needed new transmission), but I had to take an entire day off of work to deal with this. I also never received an apology from the person who made the mistake, and they seemed unpleasant with me when I had to interact with them afterwards. To make matters (slightly) worse, my car needed to go back in because they hadn't completed the job correctly and my gearshift was off. I do appreciate the people at Toyota that worked hard to save my warranty and my money, but it was an extremely stressful time and I still lost a day's pay for missing work. More
