I am originally from Tri-cities WA where I was born and raised. I enjoy hunting, fishing, boating, and any adventure that gets me outdoors. Yes , Matt. Please do provide an update but I’d like to hear from your General Manager. Last we spoke on 8/15/23 the new short block was due to arrive on 8/23/23. It’s now 10/3/23. I’ve been without my vehicle since Apr. 2, 2023 after having it back for only a month. At the end of Nov, it will have been at your shop for A YEAR. You refused a loaner car. You owe me a $2254 refund for the work done that damaged the engine, as well as loss-of-use & insurance premiums I’ve paid to sit on your lot. Dana told us “next week” 2 weeks ago. Email from you the next week told us “next week”. I’d like to hear from Chris Schmidt or whoever is the General Manager now!
