So, took my car in for 10,000 service and it was terrible it took 4 hours. My rear kick sensor only works 15 % of the time; they told me it showed normal. My miles to empty says zero when I have 3 gallo it took 4 hours. My rear kick sensor only works 15 % of the time; they told me it showed normal. My miles to empty says zero when I have 3 gallons left; they told me it was normal and they could not adjust it to correct it. So they go to wash my car at the finish and they said the battery died and they would replace it under warranty; the car is a little over a year old. There status app doesn't work and no one told me why the oil and filter change and tire rotation was taking so long. Be wary of service at this dealer; very, very slow More

I brought in my 2022 Lexus RX 350 F Sport for the 10k maintenance. Arrived a hour early for my appointment time at 8:30 am but Christopher sanchez took it in right away. Traffic was light coming from Bea maintenance. Arrived a hour early for my appointment time at 8:30 am but Christopher sanchez took it in right away. Traffic was light coming from Beaumont that day. It only took them less than a hour to do the job and was done before my scheduled appointment. While waiting, I walked the sales lot and sales floor. I saw a new 2023 GX460 on the lot that my wife would like. Atomic Silver, just like the 350 with red seats. I took pictures and a short video for her to see, and went home. Showed them to my wife and 2 hours later, I called Nick Makrakis, who sold us the RX 350, and asked him to have the GX 460 ready for us to look at. We got there from Beaumont 1.5 hours later and to make a long story shorter, we took the GX 460 home. The only thing I didn't like was how the Sales Manager low-balled me on the trade in. I know that's part of his job and I should have taken my time with that part of the transaction, but still... That's why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. More
