The folks at Crest Cadillac truly understand the concept that exceptional customer service = repeat business. I just purchased my fourth Cadillac Escalade through them. Following are several reasons I com that exceptional customer service = repeat business. I just purchased my fourth Cadillac Escalade through them. Following are several reasons I come back to Crest for my cars: 1) Chris Rucker is an attention to detail sales rep. He understands the buying experience (in other words, he deals with you as if he was the buyer) and does all he can to make it memorable and enjoyable. Amazing sales knowledge of the product, the financing, the maintenance. He also has an amazing memory that recalls your likes and dislikes. I will be buying all my future vehicles (and my children's - Crest has an amazing used car operations as well) exclusively from Chris. 2) Shawn Barron in Service is the best man to help you maintain your car in top shape and running like new no matter how old it is. Shawn knows when you should spend the money to fix something or if you should wait until the next oil change. All of my Crest vehicles have been serviced by Shawn, and they always run like new when i drive out of there. I wouldn't want anyone else to touch them. 3) Jeremy Burdin in the 'skunk works' department will add the extra bling to your vehicle if you need it. Want a ceramic coating, done. Want a clear coat bra to protect your front end from rocks and bugs, done. Want your Cadillac logos painted a certain way, done. Somebody door dinged your door, he'll fix that. He is a magician. What an amazing team of professionals. For these reasons, and many others, are why I keep coming back to Crest! More

He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and he went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect Jeep for me. Throughout the entire process, Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Do NOT buy a used vehicle from this dealership they claim they do a 360 inspection and that everything was perfect on our vehicle. We have had to replace our transmission 5 times now since buying the car a y they do a 360 inspection and that everything was perfect on our vehicle. We have had to replace our transmission 5 times now since buying the car a year ago. It’s one thing to be a good car salesman’s and it’s one thing to lie to your customers. I will never buy a vehicle from this place again and that includes all Crest dealerships. Worst EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! THEY DONT CARE! WORST PART IS THEY GOT A xxxx GOOD CAR FROM ME AND SOLD ME A PIECE!!! More
