It's nice to have a job I love going to each and every day. However, outside of the Showroom I enjoy challenging myself physically, progressing my skills musically, and training my dog Toby. I decided to become a Volvo Sales Consultant because I enjoy people. My father came from a family of 12. Myself, the oldest in a family of 8. I've always had a "Get It Done" mentality. My vehicle purchase was a great experience Chris Gough was very helpful and accommodating to my wife and I. We went to Volvo Cars of Lisle to look at a specific car I saw on the website and aft Chris Gough was very helpful and accommodating to my wife and I. We went to Volvo Cars of Lisle to look at a specific car I saw on the website and after meeting Chris, he went and got the car and test drove it. We were not 100 percent happy with it so Chris searched what was available on his computer and showed us a couple others that were in our price range. We test drove another car and liked it a lot. We pointed out that the TPMS warning light was on but Chirs said that he would take care of it after we finalize the papers. We didn't haggle too much on the price and and was approved shortly, Jen the Finance Manager took care of us and was a pleasant experience. After everything was signed, We drove the car to service and they filled the tires with air to get rid of the TPMS warning. After 2 weeks, it never went out so I called Chris and he took care of it and got it fixed. Melissa Ellis from Service got the repairs expedited. Thank you very much to Volvo Card of Lisle for taking care of us. Keep up the great customer service you provide. More

They were receptive to our request to expedite the purchase process, making it the quickest and most efficient car buying experience we have ever had. With other dealerships in the past, even when we walk in ready to purchase a car, it can take HOURS for them to sell us the car. Not so with Chris and Volvo Car of Lisle. They pulled the car up, took us for a test drive, and prepped the documents simultaneously. They gave us a fair price for our trade in, and no haggling was required. We were in our car and driving out of the dealership in record time. More

Lack of communication. Misunderstandings worked out The salesman and manager are well informed about the car. Communication for a long wait is appreciated. Chris is an exceptional salesman who came through in the end to make sure the customer was well informed and satisfied. There were shortages of staff that had to be worked through by the salesmen.
