Me and my father each bought a used Volo at this dealership. It was a great experience working with Lolita. She truelly is a breathe of fresh air and made our experience very easy and stress free. My experience in leasing a Volvo, with Sales Specialist Lolita Cook, was exceptional! She was thorough in getting to know a little information about me and my needs before we walked onto the lot to look at Lolita Cook, was exceptional! She was thorough in getting to know a little information about me and my needs before we walked onto the lot to look at any vehicle. She showed me several models before I settled on the XC40 Core. This was probably the best, and smoothest, car purchasing experience that I have ever had. Once the model was decided upon, the financial aspect was just as smooth of a process. Sal was also thorough and succinct when explaining the leasing process. I anticipate being a repeat customer for years to come! More
