We actually had FUN buying our car!! What a concept! We found our (used) car online using Cars.com. We checked for availability via the Cars.com app and Maggie got right back to us. She let us know the car was still on the lot and set up an appointment for us. From there it was smooth sailing with Chris as our sales person and Nick as our Finance guy. No pressure, very low key, knowledgeable staff. We have had some horrible experiences in the past and were dreading going to a dealership - we actually ENJOYED the process at Audi Stratham.
