This time my service was handled by Mun Kelly and she took care of everything for me even last minute requests. Chris Bruner is always a pleasure to deal with. I also want to thank Dustin for taking care of the car and even going the distance by putting my purchases from the Toyota store in the car for me so I wouldn't have to carry it around in the dealership. Needing to find out about my warranty and maintenance plan I was taken care of by Joe in the financial department. He took his time, explained everything to me and I was able to purchase my plans without any pain. Chris in the store helped me get which product was right for me and was patient while I made up my mind. When the different departments work around each other it makes my experience so much better. I can't praise this dealership enough, with the service, the cleanliness, and the pleasant attitude of all involved. Thank you for truly putting the customer first. I feel like family. More

I purchased a 2015 Toyota RAV4 limited on New Years Eve. I traded in a vehicle as well and got a fair trade in value. My salesman, Chris, was excellent and went above and beyond for me. He was friendly, honest, and very personable. Negotiated me into a deal where I felt comfortable and well informed. As a salesman he was not pushy but appeared very interested in selling me the vehicle. I feel like he is an example of what people want in a salesman when they are interested in buying a car. Niki was my financial contact and was very caring and walked me through the process in an easy to understand way. She explained everything thoroughly so that I understood, and worked with me to get a great interest rate. The overall look of the dealership is welcoming and has a nice hometown feel. I appreciated the Burleson painting and liked that I could recognize the buildings portrayed. Overall everyone I spoke with was very friendly and welcoming. I am very excited to have purchased from this dealership for its convenience (being in the city I live) and because of the employees. I did come back once to resign some paperwork and drop off a spare key for my traded in vehicle, everyone as just as friendly as before, I appreciate the follow up calls and e-mails. You can tell this dealership and its employees want to make you feel welcomed, and they do. More
