I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new Toyota 4Runner from Family Toyota of Burleson and I can’t say enough positive things about my experience. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations in every way. Moises Aguilar and Greg Striejewske truly understood the meaning of customer service and were great ambassadors to the brands of Toyota and Family Toyota. The behind the scenes work they did for me (without prompting) in locating the exact 4Runner I was looking for was no less than phenomenal. To say I scoured every Toyota dealership in Texas looking for this particular vehicle with a special paint color and interior is an understatement. Within two hours after my initial contact with Moises, Greg called me back to say they had found the exact vehicle I wanted and were having it delivered to their dealership for me to come and look at. They both knew I lived a long way from their dealership and had an appointment with another Toyota dealer that same day. There were no pushy sales tactics or one ounce of pressure on me to drop everything and rush over to buy their vehicle or I might lose it. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued. The sales, trade-in, and financing processes were seamless and efficient. Start to finish, I was in the dealership for less than two hours which is almost unheard of. I profusely thanked everyone for making me the happiest customer ever and for finding my perfect vehicle. I loved Greg’s modest response of “that’s what we do”. Obviously, I think Family Toyota is the best and I would give them my highest endorsement! More

I was looking for a minivan. Initially, Burleson tried get an additional $1299 as dealership addons which I worked thru get that off. I did not realize that dealerships from Burleson and Arlington are from same owner until late in the process. I got 2 quotes, one from each dealership. Surprising that both were trying to outbid each other. Greg and Marcus took a $500 deposit without any agreement indicating it was a non-refundable deposit. Interesting that Arlington did not ask for a deposit. I paid the deposit in Jan. I had to travel internationally in Feb due to a family medical emergency. When I came back things had changed for me and I did not want to pursue the purchase. I asked for refund and Greg has not responded to my email. Marcus via text is saying the deposit will not be refunded. There was no agreement verbal or written that the deposit is non-refundable. I am really disappointed with the lack of empathy or customer relationship from the folks at Burleson Toyota. Please be cautious working with this dealership. More

I had a great experience working with Jairus and a Greg. They didn't have the Sienna I wanted on the lot but through their friendliness, professionalism, and straight forwardness, I chose to put a deposit o They didn't have the Sienna I wanted on the lot but through their friendliness, professionalism, and straight forwardness, I chose to put a deposit on the minivan with them. Over the course of a couple of months they stayed in constant communication with me. After finding a vehicle I was happy with, they did a great job working with me even removing port installed options that were unnecessary! Who really needs cargo nets and charging cables that are $100+! All in all, I would definitely recommend Family Toyota if you are looking to buy a car. It was a very good process and I never felt taken advantage of and unappreciated. A++ More
