Not happy with loan process please read below. Was not happy to find out that the dealer applied for loans at several banks (at least 10) which my credit score took a hit (hard hits). I did not appreciate them doing that without my permission to run so many that my credit score took hit. Now those hits will take years to come off. Salesperson was great. More

Helpful Service in Time of Need My new investment, an X4 M40i BMW had the driver restraint system activated on the dash board along with the emission light which made me very uncomfo My new investment, an X4 M40i BMW had the driver restraint system activated on the dash board along with the emission light which made me very uncomfortable to drive. In talking to the Eric, the BMW Service Manager he was very polite and had my vehicle valet for service the next day, leaving me with a loaner until the vehicle was back to stable condition. I received great customer service and touch points as to what was going on over the next 2 days. When returned they had it look all shiny and new just as it looked when I bought it, wheels and all. I also had a tire that the going flat and they fixed it before returning it. Service was exceptional and I can't thank them enough for turning this experience into a much better one than my first. More

Worth the 2 hour drive! Summer, Chris, and Terry were all professional, helpful, and friendly. The teamwork is great.
