Went in on Tuesday to buy a truck, asked the sales person how much it would cost extra to add power running boards and a spray in bed liner. He left to talk to someone and when he returned he told us it wou how much it would cost extra to add power running boards and a spray in bed liner. He left to talk to someone and when he returned he told us it would cost $4000 to install the running boards if they even made them for that model. 🙄 He also said he would have to get back to me about the price for the liner, it’s Friday now and still no call. We went there Tuesday to purchase, we are not tire kickers. Lol, they didn’t even have to talk us into buying the truck we were 100% ready. So, I’d like to thank Chris for showing us why not to buy from Fairfeild. More

Very pleasant experience This was the easiest purchase of a vehicle I have ever had. I was only on the lot for 30 seconds before Chris came to greet me. There was absolutely zero pressure but Chris made sure that he was on hand to assist at any time. He listened to each of my concerns and had answers for all. When it was time to get the final part of the sale completed he and the finance team worked magic to get me the deal I wanted for the budget I asked for. I feel that everyone at Fairfield was working for ME and not for the dealership. Bravo!! Job well done by a smooth operating team. Thank you so much!! More
