Everyone was so friendly, they explained every piece so thoroughly: about all the car features and test driving, the application process and add on warranty packages, the finance paperwork, etc. We were in and out in way less time than I ever could have anticipated, they had all of the documents ready for us! Cannot thank each of these individuals enough for making this process so seamless. More

Best experience I’ve had w/a dealership. Building was clean - all surfaces, offices, waiting rooms. We’ll organized physical footprint. Haven’t done so in 13 yrs, this experience was better than any I’ve had. My first Subaru. Perhaps my last purchase - I’m 73! More

RAMON IS THE REAL DEAL! ! Initial interaction was by internet, then phone call, then into dealer. No pressure and truly listened to my needs and wants. Did not oversell me ! Did not oversell me on more "bells and whistles" and even explained why the Limited was more appropriate as a choice then the Touring model (I am not techie and had a 23 year old car prior which certainly did not have all the modern updates.) He respected my preferred method of contact, text and when I contacted him he replied quickly. The entire process from initial contact to out the door was less than a week. I got the car and trim I wanted and even my first choice of color. Since I have taken the car home I have contacted him several times and he has answered my questions and followed up about how I was doing. Ramon is a great ambassador for Subaru and I plan to recommend him and this dealership without hesitation. More
