It took over an hour to get a quote without a test drive. Then on pickup day it took over an hour to process my payment only to find out that my car wouldn't be registered until the following week. When I wa Then on pickup day it took over an hour to process my payment only to find out that my car wouldn't be registered until the following week. When I was told it would be registered when I picked it up because I was transferring my plates. I felt I was miss lead. I also don't know why I was left waiting to over 40 minutes to process my purchase since I was paying by check in full for the car. More

The new car experience was top notch from the manager (Mike Blatus) to the salesperson (Chase). They did not waste my time with back and fourth quotes and I very much appreciate that. 10 out of 10.
