I don’t think I could have found a better experience with another dealer. Nathan made this process very quick and easy. Bought a 2015 Ford Explorer. Used, but it was in perfect condition. I had to drive 2 hours to get it, and they made sure to stay late to get the deal done! I had a really bad experience with a different Ford dealership so I went to Newton Ford South. Alex Pardo, my salesman, was great. As a matter of fact everyone that I worked with was great. From Alex t dealership so I went to Newton Ford South. Alex Pardo, my salesman, was great. As a matter of fact everyone that I worked with was great. From Alex to the service department to the finance guy, it was a great experience. Working with a small dealership, like Newton, just gave me an overall better experience. I did not feel rushed. I would definitely recommend these folks. More

The folks at Newton Ford South far exceeded our expectations. Everyone we interacted with was really good – from the customer service phone person to our sales specialist (Charles Bobo) to the man expectations. Everyone we interacted with was really good – from the customer service phone person to our sales specialist (Charles Bobo) to the manager (Chase Carter) to the finance manager (James Robinson). I have been a Ford customer for over 40 years, and the last couple of interactions at neighboring Ford Dealerships has been what you expect – typical salespeople looking to make a sale and pushing upgrades. This is why customers hate dealers. Not so at Newton South. They were friendly and accommodating and not pushy. This behavior builds back loyalty, and they should be a model for what dealerships SHOULD do to earn customer loyalty. Well done, Newton South. We think you’ve built a really nice team. The biggest complement we can pay is to recommend this dealership to others, and to return back when we are in the market for another vehicle. We absolutely intend to do both. More
