Greeted by Charlie MORIARTY by name, though the last car zi bought was in 2017. He knew we wanted a new EcoSport but they didn’t have one on-site and he showed us a 3020 with a little over 3800 miles on it zi bought was in 2017. I recently bought a car from Charlie Moriarity again, and the experience was, as always, the best. Charlie is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and cares that you get the car you want at a good price. I would recommend that anyone who is looking for a fantastic buying experience to see Charlie. The buying experience was further enhanced by working with Theresa Moss in finance. She went out of her way to make sure all the paperwork was done correctly and expeditiously. She was great to work with, definitely made the buying experience even more pleasant. I also had the pleasure of meeting Gary Graham in the service department, he is clearly a wealth of knowledge who is very willing to share that knowledge, ensuring that you will be in good hands when it comes time for service. Charlie and Theresa were amazing! They were professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. When I was wrapping up with Theresa on the financial side, Charlie was already on the phone with They were professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. When I was wrapping up with Theresa on the financial side, Charlie was already on the phone with my insurance company getting my new car switched over to the policy. They also handled all on the DMV related stuff that I really did not want to do. So I drove away from the lot with a new car that already was registered, had license plates, and was insured.
