My search stopped with Charlie Moriarty at Heritage Ford, not because they had any particular vehicle that nobody else had, but for one reason: Charlie listened. At other dealerships, they tried to tell me what I needed and steer me toward an over-budget vehicle. Charlie didn't assume that he knew better than I did for what our company needed. He listened, asked great follow-up questions, and then worked hard to find multiple different options that would work for us. For every future vehicle purchase, I'll always go to Charlie. More
