Great car. TERRIBLE, DISHONEST, FRAUDALENT dealership! I have owned Hondas for over 20 years and will continue to purchase or lease one. However, I will never b TERRIBLE, DISHONEST, FRAUDALENT dealership! I have owned Hondas for over 20 years and will continue to purchase or lease one. However, I will never buy from Honda of Valley Stream dealership again. Bought my car in November 2023 and 3 months later have still not received the car floor mats. I have gone in person to the dealership several times, twice when being notified the mats were there, and was told the mats were coming in in a day or so. When this never materialized, the salesperson Momin Shah said he would have them delivered directly to my home so I wouldn't have to make yet another trip to the dealership. Still no mats. After some time I called and he told me that delivery to me was imminent, still no mats. Then a couple of weeks later when I again called, he said delivery had been attempted but no one was home. That was a lie since 1) there is someone at my home to answer my door 24/7, and 2) we have a video camera and Ring system - neither of which showed any supposed delivery. I have saved a couple of phone message recordings and emails of the salesman Momin Shah telling me he is going to drop the mats off at my house himself. Still no mats. I reached out to the dealership manager Charlie Martino who was consistently either "with a customer" or "in a meeting." Although I have left two messages asking the manager Charlie Martino to call me back , he has never returned my calls. I am perplexed at the craziness and bizarre nature of repeatedly telling me the mats would be delivered and then they aren't. Very dishonest and unprofessional. Deceitful, deceptive, and unscrupulous. And, really - all this nonsense over car mats???!!! I don't understand people like these. Clearly they do not appreciate or value the fact that the quality of the dealership's service center is paramount in the decision of where to purchase a car. More

Gary Lin and Sanjida Hossain in Valley Stream Honda gave us their devoted attention providing a sincere and friendly service. The 2023 H-Rv was not available in mid December, Gary placed an order for the co us their devoted attention providing a sincere and friendly service. The 2023 H-Rv was not available in mid December, Gary placed an order for the color and trim for our car, the second week in January he called me to let me know that the car was in his parking lot waiting for me. I have much respect for this type pf service. The whole process to exchange and old Lease for the new one took us less than two hours. The dealership is clean all the sales people are friendly and respectful. IGary helped me transfer my car insurance to the new car in few minutes, the service department has available NY state auto inspection available, The best thing I did not feel obligated to add accessories that I do not need. I highly recommend Valley Stream Honda. More
