Easy to work with. It was a very good experience except I was promised by Harold Siroka that he would go out in the vehicle to show me how to use things in the vehicle. I traded up my 2014 Ford Escape for the 2016 Ford Edge and I received a fair price with no pressure. The test drive, price negotiations and paperwork were all done within a few hours and I drove off in my new vehicle that same day. I have always recommended Toms Ford to friends and family and will continue to do so without hesitation in the future. More
