Excellent service!!!! I went into midlands honda to buy a new car and was greeted by the best customer service ever. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. I was then introduce to Mr. Charles Green were he asked me what type of car I was looking for and began the short application process which took about 10 mins. I was shocked that this did not take long from previous car dealership I have been to. Once everything was a go we proceed to look at cars and again Mr. Green was very knowledgeable and helpful with the car I was looking for. The overall experience here was nice and for the first time I can say I actually enjoyed buying a cat from here the staff is very friendly and helped with any questions or concerns I had. Also the fianace team was very informative and friendly and answer all the questions I had. Overall if anyone is looking to buy a new vehicle I would definitely recommend going to midland honda and seeing Mr. Charles Green. More

I had the pleasure of James Thompson and Charles Green to assist me with my purchase. They were AWESOME!!! Charles gave me a tour of the facility while my Honda was being prepped and I dealt with James over the phone before I arrived. These guys went about and beyond to help me while I made the purchase. I would also like to commend Steve Goldstein, the Honda Sales Manager, he was so nice to me.. I was a little sentimental about trading in my old car and he understood that and was so caring about it... THUMBS up to these guys... You can't go wrong buying a vehicle from them!!!!! More

Our experience at Midlands Honda was fulfilling. Charles Green was very accommodating to our needs from the start. Charles demonstrated a superior set of skills, the best I have ever experienced. His explanation of every detail was more than sufficient, I really had a positive experience dealing with him. Our experience at the dealership was very good and easy, I've not been so relax before doing this kind of transaction. I felt the team was great and Charles made sure we were taken care of. During my recent NEGATIVE experience with the service department and avoiding an accident during my vacation due to an inferior part, I decided to purchase a new Honda Accord while waiting for the service department to repair my car. I must commend Mr. Green for providing the utmost professional and pleasant sales experience that I have ever encountered. He was very knowledgeable of the product and addressed all questions and concerns with ease. Mr. Green's attitude and personality turned my most recent negative experience with the service department into a smile!! I will certainly refer all my friends and family to Mr. Green when they are searching for a vehicle. Mr. Sanders was great in elaborating on the questions/concerns during my financing experience. There was no pressure to purchase any any additional insurance/warranty. More

Unbelievable Yesterday my parents and I walked into midlands honda in hopes of trading in my car for a newer used car just so that I'm able to get from point A to Yesterday my parents and I walked into midlands honda in hopes of trading in my car for a newer used car just so that I'm able to get from point A to point B...I was already a little aggravated because the week I had was horrible so that last thing I needed was to be turned down for a car that I desperately needed. Mr. Charles Green whom I spoke with earlier this week was extremely helpful even though we were there for hours not only did I leave with a car but I left with a brand new 2015 white Honda Civic! I was overwhelmed with excitement! My parents was very pleased with the service we received and we will definitely continue to recommend midlands Honda and Mr. Green to the next person that seeks reliable and caring service! More
