Charles did not try and fast talk me, he was very patient. Previous dealings with other dealerships left me very leary and scared of the process. But Charles Bobo and Newton Ford changed that for me on yesterday. Im happy with my purchase so I won't be back soon but one day I will be back. Thank you More
