The first half of my career began in the restaurant industry. In 2009, I made the decision to go into the automotive industry. I utilized my customer service skills that I had learned in the restaurant industry and have been successful and happy servicing customers here at Hampton. Here I am also known as Rev. partially because I am an active member at my local church. My wife and I primarily spend our free time with our 4 daughters. I look forward to many more years here at Hampton helping customers before and after the sale.

I was impressed with the service I received on my 2009 Highlander. I was unsure about dealing with a salesperson. I met with Dallas Freeman. I had a knee replacement scheduled, so had no plan to buy at Highlander. I was unsure about dealing with a salesperson. I met with Dallas Freeman. Our salesperson, Candace, was exceptionally helpful in clarifying the process, and taking extra time to make sure we understood the information we were being given and were on board. Our only poor experi clarifying the process, and taking extra time to make sure we understood the information we were being given and were on board. Our only poor experience was with the business manager, Charles, who used high-pressure sales technique and would not listen when we said multiple times we didn't want the extra packages during the signing of the documents. He also did not clarify well at all what we were signing. In general, all the other staff we met were very gracious and helpful. We would have given a 5-star review overall if not for the experience with the business part of the experience at the end. More
