SALES are Liars and Cheaters Worst Dealer!!!!! They take a $500 deposit from me on a contract for a truck that was wrongly written!!! I wanted a crew cab and they write down quad cab. Then they rip They take a $500 deposit from me on a contract for a truck that was wrongly written!!! I wanted a crew cab and they write down quad cab. Then they rip up the contract and apologize and write up a new contract for the truck I want but they don't have in stock??!!! When I want my deposit back now they refused to return it even they they don't have the truck and try and slam me into a demo??!!! I lost my $500 deposit and bought in Oakville the same day!!! Great salesman to deal with It was a simple and easy sales process mostly done online and over the phone. This is my second sale with Chad and have been happy both times. Was a l It was a simple and easy sales process mostly done online and over the phone. This is my second sale with Chad and have been happy both times. Was a little discouraged with the sales pitch, by another salesperson, after we came to an agreement for the rust protection and other add ons. A little too high pressure and guild driven, considering I had just bought a $40000 truck. That would have been a good time to take no for an answer and focus on providing the info for the customer to make the best decision for their needs. More
