I can't say ENOUGH about this Lexus dealership! I absolutely LOVE how my husband and I were given the red carpet and courteous welcome! We drove there from Wellington, FL on Saturday 11/12, shopped for the NX 350 F-Sport that I wanted. Found it, and went over the numbers the same day. Paid a deposit to hold the vehicle so it would not be sold while I was in the middle of confirming everything. We drove back on Sunday 11/13 to complete the paperwork and do the sign-off. Then returned one final time yesterday (Monday 11/14) with the cashier's check to pay for the vehicle in full. Drove off with the vehicle last night and I am so elated because the entire deal was effortless. The staff there is SO helpful and pleasant. They don't haggle you and they work with you from start to finish. They take PRIDE in their work and the Lexus dealership brand! For that I am thankful to have finally found a dealership that I can have a business relationship with and can refer others to them. THANK YOU Idrissa "Bow Tie" Konteh (Senior Sales Associate), Chad Bierle (Sales Manager), and David Smith (Financial Services Manager) they were all wonderful and accommodating! Howard went out of his way, from the time of my first contact with him, to find me the vehicle I wanted. His communication with me was outstanding with regular emails updating me on the status of my pur contact with him, to find me the vehicle I wanted. The facility is new and outstanding, clean, welcoming and comfortable. The car was beautiful when it arrived and Marc, the Delivery Specialist, patiently walked me through the electronics, making the process so much easier. There were no high pressure sales pitches to fend off. For once, buying a car became a pleasant experience. More

I want to start off saying the dealership itself is amazing. I had an appointment with Ms. Ana Rodriguez and the conversation and her attitude were great.
