My tires were rotated but bolts not tightened down on one wheel...very dangerous! This is the second time I was in this month, the first time I sat for 2.5 hours without anything done to my car since they h wheel...very dangerous! Great service. I had my car back within 2 or 3 hours. Brought my laptop and stayed at the lounge very comfortably. My agent was very nice and communicative.
