I would have to say, the first time visiting the dealership I was met by Casidy Vaughn. From that point forward, I have to say, it was a class 1 experience. Everybody I met was very nice and not pus dealership I was met by Casidy Vaughn. From that point forward, I have to say, it was a class 1 experience. Everybody I met was very nice and not pushy. I appreciated, too, how patient Casidy was with me on this deal. (Had a lot going on) I completely LOVE the car. Everything I need to feel safe and comfortable in my travels. The service manager (Carmine Valentino ) was very nice to work with as well as the finance manager (Juan Peguero). Appreciate all of the effort to help me mak a great decision. From the first time we pulled into the lot to the time we left with the Outback we were treated with respect and kindness. We never felt pressured or persuaded in any way.
