This was my third toyota purchase but first time with Tufankjian. I was truly impressed with the friendly, courteous family atmosphere. Wallace Langame gave complete and thorough answers to our questions regarding financing. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Carlos Ortega couldn't have made us feel more welcome. Consistently thanking us for our business each time he saw my husband and I. Mike Hankes was just as friendly and courteous after we purchased the vehicle as he was prior to the purchase. The team made us feel like we just bought into a family. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend this team when purchasing a vehicle. More

I did not have the experience with this dealership that others have had, and it all came down to timing. It all started out well and good. I spoke with Eric over the phone and he answered all my questions others have had, and it all came down to timing. It all started out well and good. I spoke with Eric over the phone and he answered all my questions and we came up with a good price. But the day I went to the dealership, I had an appt. for a test drive only, and that is all I had left time for. It was after work and I needed to get home to the family. I took the test drive(s) and then had planned to go home but Manny kept asking me questions. I didn't want to be rude so I answered them. But then I started saying how I was tired and really just wanted to go home. And then came another question. I absolutely should have just walked out, but one time I literally couldn't because they had my car keys. I was there until 8:30 and I told everyone how tired I was and how I didn't feel I could make a rationale decision and how I wanted to go home; I wasn't ready to buy. I know these guys are salesmen, but I'd hope they would have some sensitivity and respect for others' time. I did believe the deal was a good one, and ultimately I bought the car that night, but not without feeling mugged and exhausted (both of which I told them). Then upon picking it up, I was told it might take an hour. Two and a half hours later (!!) I was finally leaving with my car, and in all that time, they hadn't even gotten me an inspection sticker. So, I had to return the following Monday. (This dealership is not all that convenient to my house or work.) Everyone was definitely friendly, but they were just not respectful of my time, and this appeared again when I returned a week after purchase to get a small issue corrected. I was told it would take an hour (so was planning on wait on the way to work), then was told it could take all day (What time will you be back for the car? I am WAITING for the car because you said it would take an hour! I need to get to work!) and THEN maybe that it wouldn't even be done that day...could I come back tomorrow? Beyond the lack of respect for my time, the only other thing that I felt was actually a bit unethical was that, after this experience, I felt extremely pressured to give all "excellents" on the upcoming survey. It was repeated to me over and over how much they wanted all excellents. Of course they did, but I did NOT have an excellent experience, and finally I felt incredibly uncomfortable even discussing it with the person being reviewed. I felt harassed. By the way, I have since had a better experience working with Gail Nelson, who is very sensitive to my concerns, and I actually very much like their repair department, but I , personally, would still think twice about buying another car here. Hopefully I am just one in a million, as it seems most others have had wonderful experiences. More

I had the plesure of purchasing a Toyota Yaris at Tufankjian Toyota. The purchase experience was seamless and pleasant. I contacted the dealership on the internet and received a prompt response fro Tufankjian Toyota. The purchase experience was seamless and pleasant. I contacted the dealership on the internet and received a prompt response from Bob Hadges. He was informative, personable and patient in reviewing my options. As someone who does not know much about cars, I was apprehensive about purchasing a car. Bob and all of the employees I dealt with (Ryan Tierney, Arthur Martel, Carlos Ortega, and Eric Francke)put me at ease knowing that I was dealing with honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy professionals. When I made an appointment to visit the dealership I immediately received an appointment confirmation via emaill. Upon my arrival, Bob met me and introduced me to Ryan. I was immediately impressed when Ryan had the phone information that I had given Bob over the phone on his desk. Ryan was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions about the car. He took me on a test drive and provided me with more car facts and told me about dealership services. I decided I wanted to purchase the vehicle and Ryan and I filled out the easy and short application. Bob checked in with us and I proceeded to speak with Eric Francke who was a great help. After a short time Ryan and Bob returned with an offer which we negotiated and I accepted. Meanwhile, Arthur Martel and Carlos Ortega were working behind the scenes to get me a lower interest rate unbeknownst to me. They were able to get me an interest rate half of what I hadThey expected! This allowed me to finance a "wrap around" package which was expertly explained to me. I know this addition made great economic sense to me, but the best part of all to me was that I could get a remote to turn on the car. I signed the financial documents with Arthur and met with Bob and Ryan making arrangements to return for the car. All the employees that I dealt with at the Tufankjian Dealership seemed truly interested in my satisfaction and went above an beyond to help me obtain the car of my dreams. There was no competitiveness among salespeople or high pressure sales tactics and they all worked together smoothly as a team with my happiness as their goal. I am confident that I will be well taken care of by this group of employees during the many years ahead that I intend toown this dream car. I would highly recommend to any potential car buyer to set up an appointment with Bob to meet with the other competent members of the Tufankjian Toyota team to inquire about their inventory. More

This dealer is very close to the Braintree train station. It's very convenient for people, especially who has no car, to get there. The place is big and clean. I first visited this dealer in november 2010 the experience was great I traded my car an was in a Toyota in no time I recently returned and traded my car for a newer car. I purchased a new Toyota RAV 4 that I love! Eduardo was the sales person I worked with and he provided detailed information on the options of the vehicle. Additionally, he provided information on financ the sales person I worked with and he provided detailed information on the options of the vehicle. Additionally, he provided information on financial and service information which I got more detailed information from Jessica and Bill. After delivery of the vehicle there was an issue encountered that I believe was out of the ordinary. This is where their extraordinary customer services really shinned. I brought the issue to the attention to Eduardo and Carlos and they quickly addressed this very difficult situation to my complete satisfaction. I was very impressed on how professional they were in dealing with the unusual problem. Jessica was brought back in to ensure the financial side was addressed. I am very pleased with the out of the box customer service that Eduardo, Carlos and Jessica provided. I highly recommend doing business with them! More

I have been a Toyota car owner for a few years now and I have always taken it to Toyota in Braintree for any and all service. The quality of the people in the service department cannot be compared to any ot have always taken it to Toyota in Braintree for any and all service. The quality of the people in the service department cannot be compared to any other dealership or service station. They have always treated me with utmost respect, and dignity and are always very honest and complete in their assessment of my car's needs. I have never felt that they were trying to sell me on something that I did not need, or try to get me to spend more money than necessary. On my most recent visit, I decided to look into either purchasing or leasing a new car because my Camry was 11 years old and I was looking for a larger vehicle. The salesman, Sam Zaidan, was more than helpful in reviewing all of my buying and leasing options, and was incredibly respectful of my budget, which I appreciated greatly. Sam worked with one of the financial managers, Carlos Ortega, who was very kind and worked very hard to get me the best pricing possible. Later on, I met with Walace Langame, who finalized my financial paperwork and lease application. He was fantastic and worked diligently to convince the bank to include an additional insurance option into my financing and also waived my first month's payment! Sam also took care of all additional paperwork, handled the plate cancellation, and contacted my insurance agent to file all necessary paperwork and assure that my insurance was up to date. He really went above and beyond his role as salesman and made me feel like I was more than just a customer. I will absolutely return to Sam for all of my future car-purchasing needs. More
