at 11:30 am appointment, had to wait 25 minutes before someone even noticed me. Two people that arrived after me were helped before me. Once i was noticed, Carlos helped me. He took my info talked about the problem and I left. Then I got a call from Carlos telling me what and how much the repair was. I had already checked the price of the part in many places online and CDJR Leesburg was DOUBLE the price.($392 vs $803) How is it I can buy the same exact part from a CDJR dealer in orlando for less than half the price including tax and next day air shipping. Then bring the part to CDJR of Leesburg to be installed. Needless to say after purchasing the part and having it installed the truck is back to normal. Carlos did what he could to help me and in the end i feel he did a great job overcoming my problems. Also after coming to agreement on installation of part, I forgot to tell Carlos I wanted the old part returned to me. I called the dealership, and was kind of taken back when the woman that answered the phone never heard of Carlos. I told her I just spoke with him 10 minutes before in the Service Office. She did nothing to locate him for me and said she could get the message to him. Well she did not. I dont know who this was but somtimes phone calls are important. The last time I was at this dealership it was owned by different people, and was an unbelieveably pleasant experience from the first moment i arrived. Work on getting that experience back. Also get Carlos a new tablet. They dont cost much and his is completely broken. Does not look professional when having to sign on a shattered screen. More
