I wish there were an option for zero stars. I will never do business here again and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. This “business” is terrible. I have had the worst experience imaginable with purchasing a new vehicle from them. I have purchased many in my lifetime and this certainly takes the cake of the most difficult and terrible experiences ever. For starters, I purchased new in January… I’ve only had my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe for a total of about 2-2.5 months because of the issues presented. Not 2 days after purchasing, the check engine light came on. I took it in for servicing, they had it for over 2 weeks before deciding to find a twin in South Florida and doing a substitution of collateral. The new vehicle they put me in had already started with problems when they went to pick it up. It needed an entire hybrid battery replacement. About a month had passed and more issues were slowly presenting. Before I get into that, let me point out that the dealership completely failed to properly swap the paperwork from the first dud to the second. They sent me a SECOND license plate (different tag number) for the same vehicle through the mail and made the DMV think I had 2 vehicles. They put an order of suspension on my driver’s license and I had to spend an entire day at the DMV to get that fixed. I legitimately asked if everything was okay regarding the swap the day I completed it. I had stopped insurance on the vehicle I no longer had and swapped it over to the new one they put me in. They assured me everything was fine. Well, it wasn’t— I got that second license plate in the mail and had an order of suspension placed on me several weeks later. I reached out to Carlos about this entire headache and he has never gotten back to me about reimbursing the charges it took to pay out of pocket for the DMV to fix this. I don’t care how much or how little it took, I am not responsible for this complete failure. I still don’t have a copy of proof that I no longer have the original vehicle they put me in either (I wouldn’t need one if they hadn’t duplicated vehicle reporting to the DMV). This dealership does not care about their customers. I financed this vehicle for $80k and they just don’t care about anything but themselves. I wish I would have purchased elsewhere because this place was careless with my livelihood. Buying a new vehicle and having an order of suspension is NOT ideal because of the lack of communication, diligence and customer care. Back to the issues in the replacement Jeep. The screen started to black out randomly and would delete CarPlay on its own. The adaptive headlights also started to randomly point straight down… The steering rack and wheel hub/bearings were broken… They had my vehicle for over a month because they didn’t have any parts to fix it available. I just got it back. The service advisor Jeannie was terrible. She kept letting the rental vehicle lapse. She never called to update me once. NOT ONCE IN A WHOLE MONTH. I had to call and get the updates. I picked up the vehicle from service on a Sunday, the day I told her I could do it. She never finished the invoice. Another advisor took my email and rental agreement number and said he would have her close it out. Well, I get a phone call from her the day after picking it up stating that I STILL needed to pick up my vehicle and the rental they had for me was still open (by the sounds of it). I would never have purchased from this terribly managed business if I knew this would be an ongoing problem with not one, but TWO brand new vehicles. It’s an ongoing issue that has seriously been a nightmare since basically the day I signed. Be warned… if you’re lucky enough to not have had any issues with them, then that’s great and I envy your experience. Otherwise, I wouldn’t even give them the time of day if you’re thinking of of buying from them. This has seriously been a nightmare and they should do more to remedy this experience. More

We were traveling in the area from out of state and realized that they had the vehicle I was looking for so quickly went in. Any other dealership would have quickly dismissed us and viewed us as not b realized that they had the vehicle I was looking for so quickly went in. Any other dealership would have quickly dismissed us and viewed us as not buyers. Our sales person David was fantastic! He quickly showed us the vehicle and went on a test drive. The buying experience was seamless. I highly recommend this dealership with the incredible service that we have received and continue to receive. We have already shared the experience with our friends and family that live in the area and hope they also purchase a vehicle from this dealership in the future. More

This was the most professional dealership my wife and I have been to in all of Central Florida. You treated us like humans and not just another car out the door, even though that is always the main goal wi have been to in all of Central Florida. You treated us like humans and not just another car out the door, even though that is always the main goal with building trust and repeat customers/referrals. We’ve been wanting to get into the jeep family for years and this is the type of dealership that would make us want to come back and keep trading in for future cars. It was a great experience even during a tough time in the economy and had a great team that got us the best deal possible. More

Spent over 7 hours at the dealership to finalize a purchase. Incentives were taken back as “misinformation “ reworking of an already signed purchase agreement and resulting in higher cost. After purchase was finalized I learned the vehicle only came with one key and no key fob for a vehicle that only had 20k miles on it. Dealership refused to assist further. More

Their sales process was deplorable. I had to deal with 5 people during the purchase and It took 5 days to get the vehicle. I should have walked away. Be prepared to spend over $4000 above their asking price after rebates. The plan is not negotiable and you must purchase it regardless of whether the items have been installed. They will tell you the website is malfunctioning regarding trade-in value of your vehicle, then will proceed under value your vehicle. The actual price of the vehicle won’t be revealed to you until after you begin to sign your purchase contract. They won’t acknowledge all of the rebates you are entitled to as well. Salespeople are powerless and/or clueless to the process. More
